Membro is the online membership administration software for an association like yours. We understand that managing an association can be challenging, especially when it comes to administrative tasks. With the Membro app, you can work more efficiently, save hours of volunteer work and communicate more easily with your members. Access With the Membro access module, you scan members' passes to see if they have access. Scanning makes it much faster to look up if someone has paid, which means no long lines. Progress Keeping track of members' progress can be a cumbersome and time-consuming task. With Membro, on the other hand, this is made very easy. You add requirements to each swimming group, and per requirement you can quickly click on how well a member is performing. Events In addition to registering normal lessons, there are often special events for which people have to be scheduled. Members can register themselves for these events, but you make the final division. Exams Is there a diploma swimming coming up? No worries! With Membro you can send the diploma notes with one click by e-mail or print them out to hand out. And via iDEAL or with a banking app, a diploma can be paid directly. Financial administration Of course, the membership administration also includes financial administration. In Membro you create contribution invoices, which the members can pay via direct debit, iDEAL or by scanning the invoice with their banking app. Insight for parents Parents can create an account and see the progress of their children directly online in Membro. That saves a lot of phone calls and questions during your club evening!
