How to delete it.
I figured it out! The way to delete it is to swipe left until you get to the 3 dots labels more, click on it, then slide until it gives you the option to delete it. Then boom,

Look in your iMessage drawer
Look in your iMessage drawer at the bottom of your Messages when you have it in stickering mode. Click there, on the right and it opens to "edit" for stickers and you'll see toggles to make them inactive or get rid of them. Inactive is good for seasonal stickers.

Does not work
Also, it would seem that I can't delete it either as it doesn't show an icon anywhere on the phone. It just says that it is installed. >:(
