Memo's player starts only when you tap Play. - New: a mini player on Home. Leave a memo while it plays and keep listening as you browse your notes. - A simpler start: "Start Recording" for the two ways to record, and a new plus button for imports, call recording and reminders. - Bug fixes and performance improvements.

Not reliable

When it works it’s great but sometimes you record something and then it come up with an error and won’t generate the note. The only option is then to delete the recording. You can’t even copy the transcript out of the app.

Thank you for the honest note, and sorry for the failed recordings. Two things have changed since: a memo that fails now keeps its recording with a Retry button instead of forcing a delete, and every transcript can be copied or shared from the memo's share button. If a recording still fails, write to support@withmemo.app with the date and we look at it the same day.

Poor

Does not take notes well and processes for hours for anything more than 60 mins. Support does not respond. This is all with a monthly subscription. Not worth it.

Sorry for that experience, and for the silence from support at the time. Long recordings are processed in parts now, so a one-hour meeting is ready in minutes, not hours, and support@withmemo.app answers within a day. If you still have the subscription and want to give Memo another try, write to us and we make sure it works for you.

Absolutely Incredible!

Speechly AI, it’s seriously the best note taking app. I have tried Transcribe, Coconote, Otter, all that, but this one’s on another level. Tbh, I wasn’t sure at first, thought it was just hype, but after a few days, it legit changed everything for me. Like, I don’t even stress about taking notes anymore, I can actually listen to the prof and understand stuff. Used it for poli sci, stats, econ, even engineering it works for everything. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would lol. If you’re in school and wanna make life easier, you NEED this. Also, shoutout to the dudes who made it, absolute legends fr.
