Missing videos

I paid several thousand dollars to have all of my families videos uploaded into Memorable. They are all missing and it tells me that it can’t find my email address that I used to sign up for this account. What’s going on here????

Broken App

I’m not sure what’s happening, but any time I attempt to Login to my existing account, I get a 502 — Bad Gateway error. It also appears that the entire website is offline, so perhaps the company has gone out of business. It’s somewhat disappointing as I have several videos stored on their service.

Since upgrade the app freezes once opened. Can’t login or do anything. Tried deleting and reloading with no success
