App struggles to function.
This app constantly struggles to function. I try to create a study schedule and it never loads. I start a new study session and it crashes in the middle and forgets my place. Save yourself a headache and just get Anki. There’s nothing this app offers that Anki doesn’t do better.
Greatest value!
I don’t like that they removed the arcade-style games because they were really fun, but it is not a big deal. I love that I can add photos and customize my text for FREE. Definitely has some annoying glitches throughout, but it has held my love and loyalty overall since the dissolution of the StudyBlue flashcards.

Paid and Got No Product
$99 for 12 months is what I paid. Got no product. I emailed them the exact issue and the receipt only to get a response saying that they are reviewing my request. It’s been 4 days and I haven’t heard a word from them since.
Everything works well but i button
I like the app a lot you get exposure to more questions quickly. I do wish there were better explanations but just getting the reps is good enough. Only problem is on my phone when I want to look at the answer key by pushing the i button the screen does not scroll so I cannot see all of the information. Be nice if you fixed that. Thanks

Fed up
I am extremely upset with how little customer service cares about my account. I have been having problems for WEEKS. Now, I cannot even log into my account!! I paid a lot to use this service. Either restore my ability to use Memorang or refund my money. This is absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. THEY WILL LOCK YOU OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT AND EAT YOUR MONEY. ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

Waste of time
I used to love this app. Love the built in study decks and thought that they’re worth my money especially for USMLE STEP exams.
Just started using it again and making my own cards. Adding pictures both in the app and website is a waste of time. I think I re-did my cards 3 times and after the 3rd time I was done with this app. Every time I published, I lot all the images I added. In the app, the recent photos were not showing so it’s tricky to add images.
Lastly, because of these issues, I kept going back and forth to the web version and app. So I was relying heavily on the sync feature. Syncing took a while or does not sync at all.
Very disappointed with this app (with Memorang in general).
I am switching to Anki. When everyone was using Anki I was using Memorang constantly because of how user friendly it was. Even was using it to teach my daughter Tagalog. But now it’s so terrible - barely usable! Anki mobile is now so much more user friendly and has a better performance than memorang.

I was looking for an app like this. Study schedule feature is something new and looks great.
Crashes and buggy
Was not able to create an account with my Apple ID to preserve my privacy since the app crashes when I try to pick that option upon app startup.
Some screens show up as blank white when I try to visit them for the first time. Sometimes note list views “vibrate” when flicking to scroll to the top. Takes more than a few seconds for “creating a folder”.

App keeps crashing
App keeps crashing. I can not even open it.
Paid content automatically renews without consent
I used the app while studying for Step 2 ck and purchased one of the flash card sets for 1 year of access. 1 year later they charged me again ($99) for the same product saying that it was a subscription with no expiration date. They have not responded to my requests for refund and I have not yet found a way to stop the subscription within the app. Very disappointed in this company and their deceptive business model.

Since the update of the app I can’t access it anymore keep crashing everytime. Before it works fine.

The worst flashcard app I’ve ever used
You can spend lots and lots of times to create a good stuck of flash cards just for the app to crash down.
Great app but...
Hey the app is super awesome & all but PLEASE can you fix the awful laggy scrolling, it takes me ages to scroll through my flashcards.
MAJOR things missing
I’m shocked that somehow this app doesn’t support multi-tasking even though iOS 11 has been out for awhile. Additionally, it’s crazy that it only works in portrait mode - a lot of people have stands that are landscape mode only. I’ll probably be using quizlet most of the time for this reason.
Love the new update!
I was having a hard time localizing which cards from Pathoma and which from first aid to study. But the new update makes this so easy. It’s easier to find flash cards and make a set, also switch between Pathoma and first aid. Amazing! I had a problem at first too with the question being asked, but it is more clear now. It is helping me tremendously with my Step 1 study! Keep up the excellent work Memorang!

Facebook login?
Not a great start for first impressions. The website lets you login via facebook (and tries to grab your friend list to boot - though you can stop that). Then install this app and there is no easy way it seems to log in with Facebook.
Good but buggy
If their is a picture in the card I won’t be able to see what it’s asking because it will be cut off and their isn’t a scroll fxn. It also has been super slow lately. But a good tool. Love how I can insert my excel tables into flash cards on the website.
awesome mutiple choice quizzing
I love that this app offers the option to study via multiple choice - it's a much easier way to learn material initially. Easy zoom for pictures on the iphone app, great for reviewing things on the go.
