App needs a lot of work
App is always closing out on its own and if you try to message your provider, you can’t read it due to it having words over other words. Worst app I have ever used. If I could give it 0 out of 5 I would. Needs a major update. Not to mention it was quite the hassle to initially get logged in. Had to call the hospital two times to get that straightened out. This app is trash.

This app needs fixed!
I log on, which takes a LONG time, try to send a message to my provider, and mid-message the app closes. I have tried 5 times to send a message. And I try to view my results, nothing opens.
Terrible app. MyChart app is better.
This is a poorly designed app with terrible UI and is not user friendly. It needs a complete rework. Trying to use it for such important medical information is very frustrating.
Does not work well
The messaging feature is a nightmare. You do not get a full field to type in, only one line. This makes it difficult to re-read or edit what you want to send. Also, the appointments do not appear to be correct all the time.

It’s not working. Appointments are not loading. There’s no way to message providers.
Doesn't work now
After updating to iOS 15, the app doesn't work properly. All you say are white text boxes where you're supposed to enter information, but you can't see what information you're supposed to submit. I tried starting a session directly in a web browser too and the site is down there as well. This needs fixed.
