About
How Memory Watch Works
Memory Watch searches publicly available information — including Wikipedia and the US Social Security Administration — to help you learn more about people from your past.
Search Tips
Enter a first and last name and tap Find Out. If you get too many results, tap + Add more details to add a middle initial, birth year, or suffix to narrow your search.
Watchlist & Alerts
The Watchlist is where you can add a person if no sign of passing is found, or no information is available. Memory Watch will alert you in the app when new public information becomes available.
Memories
When information indicates someone has passed, you can save them to your Memories for future reference.
Account & Data
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app under Info → Account Removal.
Information Coverage
Memory Watch uses publicly available information, including Wikipedia and the U.S. Social Security Administration. Information may not always be complete or up to date.
