This app is so helpful to me. I appreciate how timely the updates are on it.
Missed Pickups
This app would be beneficial if it had any inclination of accuracy at all. I have lost count of the amount of calls I’ve had to make to 311 because “outside the cart waste” or “yard waste” didn’t picked up as scheduled on this app. Naturally, the whole neighborhood is left with yard waste and debris because Memphis Curbside can’t run any type of efficient schedule. Maybe once Memphis Curbside develops some common sense and does their job as described in the app, I’ll change my review. Until then, this “service” is laughable.

I’m glad Memphis has a n app that works letting you know when city services are available and when they are closed for holidays.

Love this app since collection dates can change due to weather and holidays. Makes it so easy to know when my carts should be on the street. Thank you!

The only thing this app needs is a marketing campaign to get more memfolks to download and use it.
Really simple, functional and well-maintained app that comes in handy for, among other things, determining when it's a good time to drag that old mattress to the curb so that it (hopefully) won't sit there for two weeks.

Good app reminds me to roll out the trash and let’s me know when I can leave things on the curb

I appreciate this reminder as well as the weekly email. It would be more helpful if the scheduled services were actually received. I would appreciate the pickup of recyclables and the two bags of yard waste weekly as scheduled. Also, the scheduled

That only happens at the mayors house or other ciry dignitaries! I feel robbed! The service at my house is horrible. I lived in the county for 24 years with NO trash issues. I will go back as soon as possible!!!
It’s a great app
I love this app. It’s nice to easily find what will or won’t be picked up this week. The game is cute and educational too.

I WISH MORE of our taxes would find its way into Solid Waste's budget and increase equipment and crews!!! Where is all the money going and what's our City Council's focus lately?

Trash left in can…. Third week in a row.
The workers are not fully emptying both garbage and recycling cans.
Now I have last weeks kitty litter in my bin. This could be considered a health hazard.
This draws flies and other vermin.
Its unacceptable.
We pay to have our garbage/recycling picked up every week.
All our garbage, not half, not two thirds… ALL OF IT!
This is Unsanitary. The opposite of what Sanitation services are supposed to do.
Please see that this situation is corrected by my next pickup date, Monday.

App is great.
The app is great. It Le s me know when my trash SHOULD BE PICKED UP. Too bad the staff aren’t looking at it. I guess they are short handed since Covid hit in March 2020.
