Scanning home game tickets need to be easier // NO STALLING TIME WAITING ON THE BAR CODE TO LOAD ON THE APP AT THE GATE. I miss the old days of paper printed tickets myself. Never had to stall & wait for them to loadโฆ
Like the apps usage and potential but it needs to be updated & problems need to be addressed sooner than later

Works on iPhone sometimes, iPad functionality is a bust. No way to report the problem.

Worst App
This app is terrible by me being a season-ticket holder and also a reseller of tickets. This app is slow. It never pulls up the tickets and it crashes all the time. This is the worst app ever. They need to fix this! It's beyond frustratingโผ๏ธ and I'm tired of having to log into Ticketmaster everytime I'm trying to put up my tickets

The app crashes often.
As of lately(End of October 2023), the app has been crashing significantly. It hindered me from using the mobile app to display my purchased tickets at the Denver/Grizzlies game causing a lot of inconvenience.

Ticket Feature Broken
Have been unable to purchase or view tickets in app for some time now. Gave them the chance to fix and even called in to report it and they acknowledged the issue (in December).
