Can’t get all the features to work

They say these lights are compatible with any 7.1 or greater. I have a IPhone XR and I can’t get all the functions to work with my kit. There is no directions or anything to help you with it. When I read the paper it came with it said that it is only compatible with the IPHONE 5-7. I don’t understand why you would still be selling this product if it’s not compatible with the up to sauté phone’s. Now I feel I have wasted over $200 for a product that doesn’t fully work. No way to get in contact with this Memphis business or nothing. #SadSituation.

Bluetooth doesn’t work

Bluetooth doesn’t work on my customers phone (android iOS) but works great on my iPhone. Needless to say customer is not happy. The app does find his lights and connects but will not do any functions.

Bluetooth does not work.

Lights went on my 2010 HD Sportster 1200.

Wires to the lights could have been made various lengths but they are all 3-4ft long.
