They were able to save my favorite jeans! Erin was really sweet when I had questions.
Terrible
Paid for a repair. Never received any way to send the item in. Reached out multiple times and never got in contact with anyone. Maybe they went out of business
App not working
Tried to submit four times after filling in data. Refuses to attach photo and refuses to submit without photo. Not the best experience- gave up.
