Once I change the batteries, I cannot log back in. It automatically defaults to kg instead of lbs. Resetting or creating new account doesn’t work. Very unhappy

This scale does not do what it advertises, cant register an account it will as you for a graphics verification code that is not given at all and its in Chinese or something. Don't buy this crap its useless i cant believe this is at big 5 i threw out the box and packaging so i cant return it. Now im stuck with trash. False advertising should be illegal

CANT LOG IN
Hello, I just purchased this scale and was excited to use it but it does not let me log in. It does not let me register and I am not able to contact anyone from this company. If any one can provide a phone number please send it my way.

Returning The Scale. Your product does not work.
Seemed like it would be useful product. But I wouldn’t of bought the scale if I had known the Bluetooth connectivity was nonexistent. The app says “connecting...” and never connects to the scale so you can’t access any of the features it claims to have. Now I’m left feeling duped, with a basic lbs/kg scale and a useless app taking up space on my phone. This “Digital body weight scale with blue tooth technology” should not be on the shelves considering what it is being marketed as; without a functional app and Bluetooth that works it is just a basic scale. Marketing it as anything more than that should be considered a scam.

I recently purchased this product ,and I just cant get it to connect with my iPhone !!! This is so frustrating and annoying!

I saw most reviews had issues even logging into the app; but I successfully created and logged into my account, so I proceeded with giving the product a try.
Scale and app worked properly individually, but they fail to connect to each other and in turn to communicate all readings, even weight. You can only enter your weight manually. Ironically, it seems the developers know this and still proceeded with distributing their product! How silly if you ask me lol
Just look at the iPhone on the scales box cover photo, the phone is stuck in connecting to the scale but never successfully does!!! Lol

Got a scale from goodwill and had to do a bit of searching to find this app. Works fine, found out you have to step in the scale with the app open and your Bluetooth on to connect it. It can convert to lbs on the app. It’s just a bit rude 😂

I’ve had this app for a long time. It consistently has had me remake my account, restart checking weights, change passwords .... and now I cannot get in PERIOD. I NEED HELP. Your site isn’t in English for help!

Scale was showing right weight now it’s not
The scale was showing the right weight but it quit after a software update. I tried changing the batteries but it still shows the wrong one.
