Once I change the batteries, I cannot log back in. It automatically defaults to kg instead of lbs. Resetting or creating new account doesn’t work. Very unhappy

This scale does not do what it advertises, cant register an account it will as you for a graphics verification code that is not given at all and its in Chinese or something. Don't buy this crap its useless i cant believe this is at big 5 i threw out the box and packaging so i cant return it. Now im stuck with trash. False advertising should be illegal

Hello, I just purchased this scale and was excited to use it but it does not let me log in. It does not let me register and I am not able to contact anyone from this company. If any one can provide a phone number please send it my way.

I should’ve read all the ones to reviews before I purchase test from big five because it does not let you login it prompts some Japanese code

I can’t even create a log in to get into the app to see if it’s legit or not. They make it way to complicated
