Multiple issues MIA
I can never get my issues to download. I get an error message every time I go to "Restore Purchases." I click on the issues to buy again and get a message that I have previously purchased t hem and would I like to download for free. I push "Yes" and nothing happens.
Pricing
The price of the digital copy should not exceed the price indicated on the cover of the magazine. This should be rectified and readers who have been overcharged should be refunded the difference!!!!!!!
Expensive
The print version is cheaper than the digital version!!! Please explain that???
Subscriptions get deleted
Buying a subscription for 12 months might result in account being deleted and you end up only receiving 3 editions before it all vanishes. No customer support to follow up. Learned the hard way.
