The app has pretty much got it all and is easy to manoeuvre through though it would be good to add the previous world cups in it even with an archive section for both men’s and women’s teams. Add videos highlights and everything else. Also have a stats page not just for that particular World Cup but also for all of them.

Terrible log in process
Shocking process to log into app using World Rugby credentials - but no option to autofill password or copy & paste it in - so had to manually type in 20 character password each time trying to update account info! Plus no Face ID. Come on it’s 2026……🤬
Repeatedly displays the wrong final score!!
The bare minimum you’d expect from this app it can’t do!!! Quite a few times the final score has been incorrect. I bet the problem is that the genius developers didn’t allow for the possibility that some tries would be recalled removing points from the score. It is crazy it displayed that the quarter final match had a score in the 80’s! So embarrassing. I hope the tournament organizers demand their money back from the developers. Typical of English IT industry!

Time issue
This app is great. The ONLY thing that makes me rate it so low is the fact that they don’t put AM or PM when telling you the time of the game for your time zone. It was really difficult to, not only to figure out what time a game was in the original time zone, but then do the math to figure out if it was in the morning or night for my time zone. I ended up missing a game that I really wanted to watch because it just says 9:00 your time or 5:00 your time.

Not a bad app at all but in 2025 it needs a manual update every time I look at it.

I downloaded the 2025 Women’s rugby World Cup app but it’s the app for the 2027 men’s WC
Reasonable app
Would be a much better app if you could access the player’s info from within the app rather than having to go to the browser. For some reason the login feature doesn’t work for me so I can’t play the fantasy game.

Doesn’t tell me what I want to know!!!!
I’ve just downloaded the app to look at the game schedules.
I seem to be locked into looking at JUST England games as that’s the team I would “follow” !
However, my interest is in ALL the game generally.
I also want to know the schedule of games as in 6 Nations, etc.
I found that England are playing Samoa. at 17:00 and I can watch it on BBC2.
However, I’m missing a VITAL piece of information!
WHAT DAY!!!!!
So all in all!
I need :-
The FULL schedule.
Details for ALL teams.
AND a sensible interface with the developers website that will allow me to raise issues with the app.
Their drop down menu for subject doesn’t include “Problems with the app”!!!
Appalling!!!!

Updates constantly
Honestly I can’t give an honest review, because every time I open the app there is an update. It’s easier to get scores and game times online
Great app but…
The app is great but every time I go on to the fantasy tab it asks me to log in again, then takes me to what looks like a settings page and when I go to come out of the settings page to select my team it logs me out. Every time.
On phone but never downloaded.
This app appeared in app updates. Never downloaded it and can’t delete it.

Won’t allow me to skip login and go past front screen.

How can an app dedicated to the Rugby World Cup report incorrect scores? 18 ENG SAM 19 was actually 19 ENG SAM 18!! Poor.

I’ve tried 5 times over 7 day period and simply get unexpected error when I try to register. Reinstalled App and still no better. A bit like World Rugby leadership - not fit for the new age!
