Excellent customer service
I’ve always loved this app and used it regularly. I took a break from it as I had a busy few weeks and then couldn’t sign back in. Customer service was amazing at helping me to get back on the app! So happy to doing my brain training again. Thank you!

Great Brain Training App with Potential
So far, this is the best game I’ve found for maintaining cognitive skills. Although it hasn’t been updated in years, it’s a strong app overall. I’d suggest adding more features and games and continuing regular enhancements.

It’s extremely unprofessional and disappointing to understand that this app does not provide any customer support and charges within 3 months of payment! Can anyone help in this regard?

I think perhaps this app is no longer supported which is a shame
App Activation
I paid my subscription a week ago and my product still has not been activated. Support emails sent from the app is returned undelivered. There is no way of contacting them. Very disappointing since this product was recommended by my neurologist

Can’t log in
I paid for the account and now cannot login. When I click forgot password and enter my email address, I am told there is an error. Please advise because it’s otherwise a great app.
