Excellent app for period tracking and more
I’m trying to be more mindful of my periods and what goes on with my body as opposed to playing a strange game of Russian roulette where I wait to connect the dots on my symptoms and when to expect my period. This app doesn’t just track when you have your period but also other factors like sleep, exercise, flow and more symptoms. Really simple and cute interface and just super helpful to keep me updated and reminded of what’s going on indoors. Def recommend if you’re interested in being more mindful around your health as well as keeping your privacy.

I started using M Nation because it respects my privacy. The data is on my device so no one but me can access it.
I have always kept track of my periods on notepad because I hate that all the other apps sell my data, or use it to advertise to me. Privacy is more important than ever and I’m glad I can finally use an app to improve my menstrual health and awareness.
