Such a simple and fast way to keep track of my daily mental. I love the simple and straight forward user interface, that lets me track my mood super easily. I can simply press icons to log my moods or create little notes like a journal.

LOVE it!
I have been looking for a way of journaling and have a dedicated space to be more mindful and with this app not only i can do that but also have access to better help for therapy which i have been using in this past. Very interactive way to take care of my mental health
