Frustrating & not tested

Used my Apple ID to create account. Now when I try see tickets I have bought it keeps telling me to log in, which I do using my Apple ID but then when I try look for my tickets it tells me to login again. I tried to create an account normally but it says I already have an account registered to my email address. Going around in circles!
