About

Everyone needs something different before bed. Some people want rain, some want white noise, and some just want to watch a dim, starry sky. MeowMeow Sleep lets you put these together into your own bedtime routine. ・Each step is a sound plus how long it plays For each step, pick a sound (or Silence), set how many minutes it plays, and add a dim visual if you like. The Steps page has a timeline, so you can see at a glance how long each sound plays and when the routine should end. Tap Start and the app plays the steps in order, crossfading gently between them, then fades out and stops at the end. ・Sounds White, pink and brown noise are generated in real time. There are also recordings of rain, ocean waves, a breeze, a train, a coffee shop, a distant thunderstorm, singing bowls, a handpan and the Heart Sutra. Music can shuffle within its category, with gentle crossfades between tracks. With headphones, you can turn on spatial sound so sounds surround you. ・Sleep visuals Ten slow, dim visuals: Starry Sky, Fireflies, Warm Glow, Breathing Circle, Dim Aurora, Moonlit Sea, Candlelight, Rainy Window, Ink Bloom and Lava Lamp. Warm colors only, no flashing, and the screen keeps getting darker. No text appears while it plays; tap once if you want to check your progress. ・Write down tomorrow's to-dos Before bed, jot down what you need to do tomorrow, so it's off your mind when you lie down. ・Tips for when you can't sleep A few simple ideas to try when you're lying awake. ・Gentle Alarm In the morning, system alarms wake you up gently, from soft to loud: first singing bowls and handpan, then a quiet alarm bell, and only then something loud, ringing for up to 30 minutes. Open the app and tap "I'm Awake" to stop it. 5 minutes later, a "Back-to-Sleep Check" rings once more and only stops after you get up and walk with your phone for 15 seconds, so you don't drift back to sleep. You can also use EngieStudio's "WakeUpAlarm" instead. ・Morning check-in When you wake up, quickly note about how long it took to fall asleep and how you slept, then adjust your routine. ・A short first-time questionnaire Answer 3 questions and the app builds your first routine. You can change it anytime. ・Privacy No account, no ads, and nothing is uploaded. All your routines and records stay on your phone.
