Pro subscription not working

Now I am not able to generate more than I cover despite still having a pro subscription. Please fix this problem in the next update.

Why did they forgot my boy sonic this is a scam

When I saw the thing I thought was believable that started great be here but no they scammed me. I had to use other characters because of it. How could you please fix this and remove scamming me
