I love the cat!

I love the cat and it is making me drink more water. I am however only logging water — other drinks don’t get logged, because as someone else stated, everything else you have to pay for… and it’s not cheap. I was hoping for a limited time discounted cost or at the very least a trial of the other things… but nothing… that’s why I took off one star. It’s cute though, and just annoying enough to get the job done.

Response from developer

Thank you so much for the honest feedback. We're really happy to hear that the little cat is actually helping you drink more water, that's exactly why we made MeowSip We completely understand your point about the paid features. We're a small team and we're working on MeowSip every day to make sure the experience keeps getting better and that every feature feels worth what you pay for. And the cat isnt finished yet! We're working on making it even more lively, expressive, and adorable, with more interactions and personality coming in future updates. We also wanted to make sure there’s a Lifetime option for people who prefer to pay once and keep everything forever, something we know many other apps dont offer. Thank you again for giving MeowSip a chance and for helping us improve. We'll keep working hard to make sure the little cat earns that extra star

Have to pay

To add any drink other than water for a true hydration intake you have to pay. To log litter box (potty) breaks you have to pay. Love the app as I am a feline trauma specialist but hate the idea you have to pay for EVERTHING other than water. Most hydration apps at least give you coffee, tea and like two other drinks.

Thank you for the love, and for the honest feedback. You're right: coffee, tea, and a few everyday drinks (plus potty logging) shouldn’t all feel locked. We'll revisit what's free so core hydration tracking feels fairer. Grateful you shared this
