Terrible customer service
Updating to say that I contacted customer service. They are refusing to refund the charge of $29.99 for a chat feature that I never requested or used.
The app is helpful, but customer service is lacking. I was charged twice for the same plan. I contacted customer service three times to request a refund for the duplicate charge but heard nothing. I also paid for the PDF that disappeared into the ether. Wish I had not spent the money. It’s a shame because I could see the app being useful, but my overall experience was poor.

I wanted help bonding with Lark more and then no bonding stuff for free, mom + dad won’t buy anything online only free stuff. Huge disappointment.

Good but the subscription is $24.99 PER 12 WEEKS. If you dont get the subscription only a few options will be available. It has different learning levels, like duolingo or something but without sub it only unlocks level 1. Pleeeeease make you subscription less expensive 😭 at least $29.99 every year or $7.99 every week/month :(

Useful BUT….
I love using this app it is very helpful! BUT…..I was scrolling on YouTube and it showed me that you could say something into the phone and translate it to your cat to help them understand…no it didn’t I was expecting to have a fun transling app but it is still very helpful and we have a amazing and even stronger bond now! I totally recommend this app!

Expert advice
After owning many different cats in the past seven years I know a lot about them. The cat I am using for this app is a munchkin bengal named Mochi, who is four years old. She is very well behaved and smart, but her only problem is that she refuses to LEARN anything! This is a problem because I’ve been trying to teach her for years and she just acts like she is incapable of even learning how to sit. This app has helped quite a bit! Recommended by me.

Can’t do anything
First I can’t figure out how to add another cat and second basically everything the training course the AI to talk to is all premium. Don’t get this app if you can’t pay for it. Pretty much everything requires premium. I don’t recommend this app.

This app is a scam! They advertise a “free” trial but $20 is charged instantly to your card and then without telling you they add you to a very expensive subscription. The content is basic, childish and not at all what is advertised. I put all the requested information in and was delivered generic and unhelpful information. Don’t waste of time or money. I’m bummed because I had hoped to learn some cool ways to communicate and better support my cats but this app provided nothing useful for a huge price.

Like others I have also gotten the 7 day free trial. I went through the info and thought I canceled my subscription. Next thing I know I am changed $40. I emailed support and was told that I could get a year “free” but would not refund me. Do not waste your time!
