MEP Check

MEP Check has been developed for experienced Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services engineers to use when checking their own designs and reviewing designs by others. Modern day software is a complex array of calculations and algorithms and it is not easy to spot errors, especially input errors. MEP Check lets you review inputs and outputs using familiar formulae. The experienced engineer is expected to know, or knows, where to find, basic design parameters such as air and water density, specific heat factors, demand units and phase voltages, etc. The engineer is expected to test each calculation at least once before using it to be satisfied that the results are within acceptable checking tolerances. MEP Check is available for apple (iPhone and iPad). When you purchase the App the download will recognise which device you are using. The iPad and tablet versions are project based, which schedules the calculated results and allows you to summate, add margins and change inputs or delete calculations and print screen. Future versions will enable sharing of project files. The iPhone and smart phone versions are not project based, but still have the full calculation capability.
