Don’t link up on Bluetooth
It doesn’t link up to Bluetooth all the time. And my recordings don’t transfer to the app. I am hoping it’s an update or something that will make it easier to connect.
9/3/25: My Pink Brick!
1️⃣Meraw Cedar/Pink is pretty useless. Nothing works well. ZERO UPDATES to APP in OVER 2 years.
2️⃣Poor Functionality. 3️⃣Bluetooth connectivity is terrible. 4️⃣All permissions set but integration/synching doesn't work.
5️⃣ZERO support!

Can’t record anymore data
POOR Functionality
1️⃣Poor Functionality. 2️⃣Bluetooth connectivity is terrible. 3️⃣Supposedly holds 100 records. Poor design in that you must delete records on the device. Should be able to perform this procedure in the app. Mind numbingly slow to do individual records. If App or device developers stopped to consider—they would have made it possible within the app! IF Bluetooth🙄🤨EVER worked correctly it would update records/memory in the device!
4️⃣I would not buy this device again.

Difficult
I purchased the Meraw Cedar Arm Blood Pressure Monitor hoping to easily track my readings through the companion app, but unfortunately, this has been a frustrating experience from the start.
The Good:
The physical monitor itself seems to work fine for taking blood pressure readings. The cuff fits well and the display is clear and easy to read.
The Problems:
The major issue is with the app connectivity. Despite multiple attempts following the setup instructions, I cannot get the monitor to connect to the smartphone app. I’ve tried:
• Reinstalling the app
• Resetting the device
• Checking Bluetooth settings
• Following troubleshooting guides
Nothing has worked, which defeats one of the main selling points of this “smart” monitor.
Customer Service Nightmare:
What makes this even more frustrating is the complete lack of accessible customer support. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times through various channels but have been unable to get any meaningful help or even a response. For a health device that people rely on, this level of customer service is unacceptable.
Bottom Line:
While the basic blood pressure monitoring function works, the smart features that justify the price point simply don’t work, and there’s no support to help resolve the issues. I’d recommend looking at other brands with better app integration and customer service track records.
Would I recommend this product? No, not until they fix their app connectivity issues and improve their customer support accessibility.

Doesn’t export all data
I bought this to track my bp and
Pulse and although it displays both on the screen when a measurement is taken, it does not export the pulse. This was a key reason I bought this model and no pulse data is an issue.

Doesn’t sync to Apple Health
The whole reason I bought the Meraw Aspen was because of the feature to sync to Apple Health. It connects via Bluetooth. There’s a switch in the “My Profile” section for Apple Health, but it doesn’t appear to do anything. Otherwise, it records readings in the Meraw app, but the lack of Apple Health support is very disappointing.

So far so good
I love how it syncs easily with the iPhone and record your reading and how it has options to be used with Apple health .. I would love to see a blood pressure average added in form of the numerical values (sys over dia) .. the graph is nice tho … so far so good
2025
The app should be updated to add the year 2025 to the data list please
Stops recording data Dec 2024
No Data collection after Dec 2024. Needs update for 2025 and moving forward
App is good. Dates are wrong.
The dates are listed as 21th, 22th. This makes it look like an uneducated person wrote this app. Please fix the dates.

Does not sync
Was syncing all my data and now it stopped. So disappointed in this app
Works great but add notes!
Add ability to put notes on each reading. Just seems like a no brainer. Otherwise what’s the point of having it on your phone when you can just write it down and do the same thing as the app. It’s simple to add and would make your product amazing.
Almost There
The wrist cuff is very easy to use. The app was easy to download and paired automatically. So far, so good, excellent even. It does as billed as far as saving my readings. The only (large!) problem is the area titled "Remarks." In actually, there is NO Remarks function. There are four icons: Morning, Motion, After Meal, Sleep. That's it. You can only pick one. You can't add one, modify it or explain. The app needs an actual Remarks or Notes function where I can note that I was under emotional stress because my mother-in-law visited unannounced, or I had food poisoning, or the dog ate my hearing aid, or I'm agonizing over upcoming surgery, or I just ran a 5K and I might die. None of those examples are covered by the four lame icons. I could take a screenshot, add a text box and save it in photos, but that defeats the purpose. PLEASE fix it so we can add our own notes. Otherwise, when the doctor looks at my data and says, "Why's this one so high?" I don't have to say, "Uh . . ."

Not bad
Just good enough - works flawlessly - the enhancements others here have suggested would add value.
2024 update
Linking to Apple health app has allowed me to save and track data however fixing the app to a range of more than two years would improve my satisfaction. The device is a great easy to use bp monitor the app is a disappointment with a workaround.
No January 2024
It’s been working great up until today. There is no option to set and record for January 2024. Is the app no longer available?
Where is 2024
This app was great for tracking but as is today, it isn’t tracking because there is no option for 2024!!
Add year 2024
You need to add the year 2024 when viewing measurements.
