Amazing technology
Very impressed with the App and so helpful in many aspects
On and off
The intent is good, but have they gone too far, unfortunately it’s performance is sporadic. Sometimes it does the things it should, very often it doesn’t and takes multiple attempts. To the point of being down right annoying. The digital key, via phone is a disaster.
They changed things for the worse
After an update I can’t use my watch to unlock car it keeps saying validate watch but it doesn’t work
No response from MB team
I did the digital key handover on my second key which deactivates it. Then after three years they took away my access to the App before I could reactivate the key. I don’t want to pay $50 a month for the full App (I have the basic one for $9) and all I want is for MB to contact me and reactivate my key and they haven’t. I have called and emailed but nothing.

400 error
It pops 400 error when it tried to use so called id.Mercedes-benz.com to login. No matter I reinstalled the app or deleted all data it still didn’t work properly
Good app, works consistently
Great app for the Mercedes cars. I love how it prompts you with a notification if you’ve left your car unlocked accidentally. Has significantly reduced my anxiety of “have I locked the car”.
I just wish that the auto start feature would:
1. Allow me to also set the inside climate control temp
2. Turn on heated seats
3. Not turn off when I come to the car and open the door. The fact that it turns off and I have to restart it, kind of detracts a bit from the wow factor of having had the car remote start. If the experience just flowed seamlessly from auto start, to getting in and driving off - so much better!

こいつらの地図アップデート機能は全く使えない。センターやディーラーに行っても誰もできない。手順を確認するだけで全くすすまない。返金も応じないし、どうにかできるような手配もしない。金貰ってんだったらお前らが足運んでやりにこいや。同じ金払うなら腐ったリンゴでも食べてた方がマシ

Nothing compared to Tesla
Very disappointed with the App. Not seamless and doesn’t match the Merc brand for performance. Basic functions like keyless entry aren’t there and, everything is slow and unresponsive.
Updates and needs a couple more functions
App is a slow compared to Tesla and lacks some functionality

The app is ok, but could be a lot better.new updates seem to take away previous ease of navigation. For example, I could easily change the interrior temperature, but now it’s so hard to find i have given up , additionally, if Sentry mode was available, i would rate it 5 stars, but i am unable to to view any of the cameras including the subscription dash cam to see theview from my vehicle when it’s parked. , which would give me peace of mind

Easy and reliable app
I’ve been using the Mercedes-Benz app for the past two months and have been extremely impressed with it. It’s reliable, easy to use, and the Apple Watch features are a real standout.
Mbux flaws
Bluetooth phone connectivity works terribly for 2 drivers. Preferences are never saved and the 2nd phone consistently connects when it shouldn’t. Comfort settings like easy entry settings reset to default after a week or so. The mobile key functionality isn’t available in australia either so the only way to have a backup key is by deactivating the spare key and leaving it in the glovebox. Mbux is one of the poorer infotainment systems for a luxury car.
