Why don’t they fix this? Downloaded app blows me right out before you can even get into it.

The app doesn’t launch. You really shouldn’t roll out a new product without testing it first. Doesn’t reflect well on Mercedes-Benz quality overall.

I would give zero if I could. It apparently is an old app that won’t load. The should push out emails telling you download an app that won’t run.
