Really useful App
This App really helps with management of a Mercedes EV in monitoring and managing the battery and energy use during trips. Great also for finding charging stations - and for preparing the battery for faster charging. Also great for monitoring the car status. I love being able to pre-condition the car, esp on colder mornings.

Charge Sheduling Basic Need
It is a shame that a basic functionality like charge scheduling is not available

The app doesn’t actually tell you if it’s locked/unlocked charged/uncharged etc

Navigation camera notification
Is there a way one can be notified of speed camera’s in the navigation system. It is very good but does not notify me of speed cameras
They don’t answer their emails or chat in the app.
My pre climate stopped working - so couldn’t cool the van down before getting to it in the morning. Asked the dealer, who said contact them via the app. Tried twice, shows as sent in the app, but they ignore it …..

Such a bad app so confusing cant find the right options very bad ux, owned many car apps and this has to be the worst. U guys need to copy teslas super easy interface. Paused charging cant evem start the charging up again.

Doesn’t matter how many times I set the charging interruptions they keep resetting themselves to 12am - 12am 😡
Not good
This app does not work! It won’t even allow me to log into it… just throws an error that no one seems to be able to resolve.

Spend £80k on a car and then you have to pay £45 a year to be able to access and control it remotely. Shameless beggars

Having moved from BMW app this is pretty poor. Functionality is limited and the trip mpg etc functions are useless.
Unable to stay or log in
Downloaded this to use with my car, o have no success in being able to login from my iPhone, and when I do it normally kicks you out in a few minutes. Highly frustrating app to use.
