Vehicle status updates
I love the app for its status updates helps me remember locking and window status. All other features.is just noise.
App does not load.
The App does not load. I receive an error message “An error had occurred. Please try again.” I’ve been trying again for several days without success.

The app and functionality is excellent, though communication and ability could be so much more, the ability to personalise your in car profile on the app would make much easier rather than having to sit in the car and set everything up.

Pre-entry climate control bug!!
20/07 UPDATE: Another new app update and still no fix to this bug! Record heatwaves in the UK and pre climate control rendered unusable. This should be THE top priority but fix! :(
Generally decent app BUT you need to fix the bug / design flaw whereby when you activate the pre-climate control and set to ZONE to LOW, you cannot toggle the SEATS on/off. My vehicle is only fitted with heated seats (no ventilated) which means the heating is activated when you are trying to cool the vehicle - ridiculous and makes the pre-climate function totally redundant and unusable. Needs fixing fast given current weather conditions in the UK!

Works well
I have been using the Mercedes Me app since acquiring the vehicle from new and it works very well for me. Is very informative and one feature I really enjoy is reminding me to lock my vehicle when I forget to do so. It has my 100% approval ratings.👍
Needs better charging options on route planer
All in all the app works very well. My only issue is that there needs to be additional options in the route planer to filter for higher power charging stations. As my vehicle will only charge on 800V DC chargers I’d like to be able to filter these in the app. The only current option is >150kw chargers but need to filter for 350kw and higher

Best car ever
GLB diesel 2. LTE 4 matic. Keep these in production. Great drive, economical. I get 54 mpg as an average. Will keep forever, if can’t get the same replacement when it comes to be changed just before the sake of new diesels become unavailable. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I’m always forgetting to lock the car, so the alert and remote locking is invaluable. However, I’m just coming to the end of my free 3 years, and there’s no way I can afford well over £200 a year to renew the subscription 🙁

I only bought a mercedes because I needed quality comfort for the miles. My friend of a long time sells Merc, so I thought I would rather he had the business, glad I made that decision now, love the car and the app/ choices/ service/ stores the works 😎
App could be better
Is it possible to change the charge setting to 5% increments? 10% is sometimes too much

Tried on 2 phones and made 3 different accounts. each time i try to login it gives an error. what a waste of time

Charging
The car just wants to charge every time you plug it in. There should be a timer setting like all other ev’s
Stupid and useless dashcam
Some idiot in Mercedes Germany decided that UK Mercedes dash cam had to be activated every time you start the ignition.
So every time you get into the car, you have to remember to go through a two-stage process to activate the dash cam. If you’re going to the shops, you might have to do that five times in 25 minutes.
Totally utterly useless and stupid.
The idiot and Germany thinks that this is a GDPR issue
There is no reason that an owner of a car cannot leave the dash cam on permanently.
Mercedes is the only stupid company in the world that imposes this on UK

Perfect app, works perfectly
Great little app, used daily to open windows, sunroof etc on my A45S, wish it had remote start but that’s about all it’s missing.
