Pretty poor
Having moved from BMW app this is pretty poor. Functionality is limited and the trip mpg etc functions are useless.
Unable to stay or log in
Downloaded this to use with my car, o have no success in being able to login from my iPhone, and when I do it normally kicks you out in a few minutes. Highly frustrating app to use.
Pre Entry Climate
Why include pre entry climate in the app that appears to function that does nothing more than drain your battery?

Pre-entry climate control bug!!
20/07 UPDATE: Another new app update and still no fix to this bug! Record heatwaves in the UK and pre climate control rendered unusable. This should be THE top priority but fix! :(
Generally decent app BUT you need to fix the bug / design flaw whereby when you activate the pre-climate control and set to ZONE to LOW, you cannot toggle the SEATS on/off. My vehicle is only fitted with heated seats (no ventilated) which means the heating is activated when you are trying to cool the vehicle - ridiculous and makes the pre-climate function totally redundant and unusable. Needs fixing fast given current weather conditions in the UK!

Great app missing 1 thing
VW has a feature built into not the car that allows you to time when the car charges to take advantage of cheaper electricity rates. Only thing missing from the app and car.

Pre Entry Climate
Thank you team for fixing this function on my 2024 c220d after 2 years of not being able to use it cause my dealership told me my car didn’t have it!
Keeps crashing
New EQA. The app crashes when I try ti set up a MB Public charge. No update or patch to fix. Disappointing will go back to Volvo.
Charging my EQB
I have had continuous issues in charging my car. This culminated in having to have a new charging cable which Mercedes did provide under warranty. I am now having problems with charging, in that the charge limit keeps reverting to 50% despite me setting it at 100% and then 90%, and the charge then stops time after time. Very poor indeed.

App Review
The app functionality is very good. I wish there were more features like on other manufacturers apps which allow for the vehicles interior environment to be pre-conditioned with or without engine start. It also seems a further insult to injury that there is a paid subscription to have the basic functionality which is free of charge from most other vehicle manufacturers.

Used to work with an Apple Watch.
Such a pity. This was a fantastic app which enabled me to use my watch to open and lock my car doors. Since a recent update I’m being asked to verify my watch. The verification only lasts temporarily.

Good app that has good functionality but I resent having to pay for additional functionality that is built into the car that was not cheap in the first place!!

Only thing it could do with is a notification when the boot is open. This warning appears in the app but you don’t get a push notification, which is annoying as if I have my keys in my pocket at home I occasionally open the boot without noticing.
App closing when trying to set up MB Charge
Can’t set up MB Charge due to app closing every time
Upgrade has removed useful features
The old version enabled you to remove lock/unlock the car, notified you when the car was left unlocked etc. I cannot find this feature anywhere in the upgrade. Please bring it back asap.
Amazing App 5*
This is a very comprehensive app which provides all the key information on the car but also the ability to control key aspects. Mercedes should look at a lifetime subscription price for a lot of the features in this app.
