Update 1.3.1 introduces a brand-new core game mode that transforms the way you fight, progress, and push your squad to the limit. NEW GAME MODE: A ROGUELIKE ROOM-TO-ROOM GAUNTLET Experience a fully reimagined progression mode: longer runs, higher stakes, and bigger tactical choices. • Battle through a series of interconnected “rooms,” each with its own enemy encounters or survival objectives. • Complete a room to choose one of three randomized upgrades, adding powerful buffs to your squad or drone. • Upgrades come in multiple rarity tiers, with higher rarities offering dramatic power boosts. • Your drone returns with limited, high-impact weapons: Explosive Bombs, Acid Bombs, and Fire Barrier, each upgradeable within the run. • All bonuses are run-based, resetting after success or failure, every level is a fresh tactical puzzle. BRANCHING PATHS. BIGGER CHOICES. HIGHER REWARD. You’ll now encounter branching pathways that let you shape your run. Choose between two potential “rooms,” each offering different objectives or threats. All paths ultimately lead to a final showdown, but how you get there is up to you. DEEPER SESSIONS, DEADLIER FIGHTS Levels now range from quick 5-room skirmishes to full 20–25 room endurance runs. As you push deeper, enemies hit harder, pacing tightens, and your upgrade path becomes increasingly critical leading to some of the most intense power climbs in the game. Expect steeper difficulty curves, smarter enemy pacing, and more satisfying power spikes as you build your squad. CLASSIC CAMPAIGN REBRANDED The existing campaign isn’t gone, just repositioned.
