Struck between test. Screen freezes. Worst app ever seen . Plays with the students future. Never trust this app. Their call assistant also fools can’t give proper genuine reply.
Bad quality photos for scan and upload
Surprisingly this app take very bad quality photos in iphone 16 pro during scan and upload
Pathetic Education App
This app is highly unreliable and unprofessional. During my test, I was blocked without any genuine reason despite following all the rules. The monitoring system is poorly designed and creates unnecessary stress for students instead of ensuring fair exams. Such a flawed system is unacceptable for something as important as assessments.
Extremely disappointed with this app. It claims to provide a fair and smooth test environment, but in reality, it blocks genuine candidates without proper cause. The dual camera system is unstable, full of glitches, and wrongly flags normal activities as violations. This app needs serious improvements before being trusted for exams.

App still loading - iPhone locked
Even I was using my mobile and when I tried to upload the answers the App went in a loading mode where it locked my iPhone. It's being 3 hrs and it is still loading.
No luck contacting customer care.
I guess I have to wait till it drains all its battery.
Developers you should have taken care about it. Atleast there should be a timeout.
