Functional but buggy
Some of the UI is buggy and it rubber bands back and forth, and sometimes certain sections don’t load unless I reopen the app, especially after tapping a notification; and the notifications are messy

This latest update should help
so slay
absolutely love being notified about free stuff on campus
why are there updates every 2 days
I don’t like having to update the app every 2 seconds. It gets really annoying when I try to open the app and it won’t let me use it bc I have to update it. idc about the update
Response from developer
Our last update before this most recent one was 2 months ago :)

FIRE APP
gets you freebies like crazy 🔥
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ APP
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This app is a total game-changer for campus life. It’s basically a treasure map for free stuff, and it works exactly how you’d want it to. The real-time notifications are clutch—you actually get pinged the second there’s a giveaway so you never miss out. The live map makes it stupidly easy to find freebie tables and events without wandering around aimlessly, and the calendar feature means you can plan your week around the best drops.
The community side is also awesome—students are constantly posting their finds, so the app feels alive and connected. For brands and clubs, it’s even better. Verified posts build trust, recognition grows fast when you’re giving away quality stuff, and it’s the easiest way to actually get students to show up.
Bottom line: if you’re on campus and not using this, you’re leaving free food, merch, and opportunities on the table. Absolute must-have.

Such a good idea
I love the fact that it’s student powered meaning the app can stay alive even if the developer doesn’t add new data
