Exceptionally Horrible
Echoing some other sentiments here, but here it goes. Horrible customer service, week+ wait times for email responses, if you call in for support you will either be directed to leave a message (no one gets back to you) or you are on hold for hours or until you give up. App rarely works. Allegedly they fixed the verification issues with the last update, but I haven’t seen any kind of improvement after the update. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

Absolutely Horrible Service
Good luck getting in touch with a human being if you get locked out of your account. The phone number they list on the bottom of their website has been inactive & out of service for a while. You can tell they work extra hard to exclude small businesses from accepting their cards, and they make joining their network such a problematic experience.

Unnecessarily Frustrating
A bad solution to the challenge of accepting WIC at farmers markets. App does not work a portion of the time and customers are confused about how to use it.
