I can’t say what can or can’t do. Hell the app is useless, when you can’t login. And the login format is different from the online login, using a browser.

Login not working
What makes the app useful if you can’t even activate an account? I was hoping to be able to access my policy documents through the app but can’t even login. This should really be fixed!
Awful
It keeps asking for an activation code and I don’t know what it is. The other one was great. Why do they do this? I guess it gives somebody something to do.

The login screen does not work. Entered correct info numerous time without being login. Common Mercury, a billion company and can’t even have a workable app?
Mercury should be embarrassed!
Piece of garbage app does not work. Can’t even activate an account. It implies you will receive an activation code by asking for your cellphone no. but nothing ever happens. How can a major company put out a completely useless app. Hire somebody who knows what they’re doing! Unfortunately I can’t give this zero stars so I have it the next lowest 1

I guess they dont care. Thought I would try it and everyone else is correct. HOW DO WE GET ACTIVATION CODE??!! No response from developer, guess they dont care.

There are so many things wrong with this app. But to cut it short it doesn’t work well at all!
Unusable
I downloaded the app thinking it would be useful, as I have Mercury Auto Insurance. However, once you download the app it asks for an access code, but gives no explanation how to get such code leaving no way to set up the app once downloaded. Please fix this issue
Doesn't work
Whenever I open the app it says I don't have an internet connection. This is not correct.
