Perfectly Mediocre
We’ve been using this app for around 2 years now. Somehow the technology team is always working on something and it continues to be poorly developed and lack basic functionality. The optimization on android is abysmal, our driver with a brand new phone showed us how his phone would struggle just to scroll. With the latest update, every time you refresh the app you need to re enter your credentials, with no option to remember at the very least, your username. And it crashed during the Christmas rush 23 making it impossible to use.
End of the day it works, but not well. Just like everything FTD/From You Flowers, it’s expensive, and made to suck as much money out of the pockets of hard working people.
Use it when you’re starting out and work to not need it as soon as you can.

The Crappiest app out there
It’s supposed to record when your at your location and every single time ive tried up loading from the delivery address it always days- it looks like you’re at the wrong location. It never has given me the correct location in the settings. So who ever is working on this app shouldn’t be working on this app lol

No notifications
I wish this app would tell you when you get a new order. I don’t know how many times I’ve been forfeited from an order because I had know idea one came through.

I love this app I been using it since the first day and even do it has some minor issues like updates, it makes my life easier, I can confirm and handle my business even if I am not in the shop , I use this app all the time and I am very happy we have it !

The developers need to fix this or perhaps to their disadvantage if it functions properly. As mentioned in other reviews it doesn’t notify about incoming orders. Florist have to check it every few minutes and if you are busy caring for matters this constantly checking becomes time consuming and annoying. If you don’t constantly check in you may miss orders and will

This entire program is garbage even the desktop .. I never get notifications so I always lose orders.

Doesn’t give you notifications which causes you to forfeit orders, then your account manager tells you that you’re “making excuses” as to why your “scorecard” is so low and that’s why you’re not getting orders from them
Terrible update
The latest update has the app really glitchy and you can’t update orders accordingly. Needs an urgent update to get corrected ASAP!!!
Too many bugs in AP
constant updates with no changes. Notifications don’t “ding” like it used to do. Goes offline and have to restart and then there’s 3 orders waiting. Noticed sender shops don’t give delivery fee with the order.

I wished I received notifications. Even on the pc I don’t receive notifications . Frustrating as I have lost orders do to not getting notified.

The app has always been annoying, constant updates and never seems to work properly. Notifications only come through half the time and the app constantly force closes.
The recent update June 2023 is somehow even worse. There’s a scroll down for choosing to accept or reject orders but no confirmation button so if you scroll too far and accidentally accept or reject you are just stuck with that selection.

Horrible app
This app is constantly needing updates, does not send notifications about new orders and messages. It’s shameful that ftd charges for ‘online services’ to use an app that doesn’t even work.
