Hamilton Mercury app is outdated and no better than a basic remote control

The app is so outdated that it doesn’t support Homekit, doesn’t allow you to schedule lights to turn on or off at pre-determined times, or allow any functionality other than basic ON and OFF for selected rooms or circuits. I get the impression that Hamilton no longer support Mercury or care about the needs of users who bought their system in the past.

App doesn’t live up to the system

I agree with other reviewers, the app could be so much more but it’s a poor attempt, such a shame. It doesn’t always load up on your device and you have to close it down and relaunch. This happens a lot.

Underwhelming App

Like wise with other comments I spent a lot of money on the lighting system but the App is just about functional - that’s lazy

Works ok

Does the job but definitely time for an update! Would be great to have the option to set timers for lights to come on.

Works Okay but could do better

It works... but certainly room for improvement. The UI could be slicker, there are a lot of clicks to get to the area you want and the visuals are looking dated. No support for Apple HomeKit which would be really useful.
