Annoying
I’ve made a complaint via the feedback option in the game and all I keep getting is that they have passed my ‘suggestions’ onto the developers
Not suggestions - a complaint - & not resolving my issue at all - they don’t want to resolve it
I’ve spent a lot of money on this and I am now looking at deleting it
All of a sudden in my weekly task ‘5th Anniversary Ball’ I’m expected to use 26,000 combined energy, open over 200 card packs etc - completely unachievable unless I spend £000’s on it which I’m not prepared to do
They have set me up to fail and it has really annoyed me - I just want them to revert me back in line with other players - I’ve compared with a few other people and their takes targets are much lower

Game Keeps Getting Worse
I’ve been playing this game for awhile, and it just keeps going downhill. At first you could play side games without using energy, now that’s not the case. Then they made I it to where you automatically moved on to the next build, which caused me to use my super workers on accident. Now, instead of using super workers, the automatic “next” uses dollars, which are harder to come by. No thank you! Delete!
Update - valuable suggestion - stop being a money grab! You know how your game works and you know what I’m taking about. Don’t be insulting to anyone who rates you less than what you prefer.

Here is a solid question for you. do you actually care about your players? Do you actually care when you want the players to give you reviews when you want to have them give clues to fix stuff that is wrong with the game or that should be fixed. I don’t think you care can you stop playing? CAN YOU STOP PLAYING THE GAME FOR THE PLAYERS? CAN YOU QUIT CIRCLING THINGS SO THAT WE DON’T TOUCH ANYTHING BUT THAT WE’RE NOT stupid. can you stop forcing us play this game game if we don’t want to play you’re giving your players no choice in some of the extra games in this in the main game knock it off. why ask for reviews why ask us to read the game if you’re gonna absolutely do nothing and you don’t care what’s the point? some of us don’t wanna play the extra games some of us don’t want things to be circled so we don’t touch anything else but the exact circle thing some of us don’t want to play this game game but you guys don’t care . that’s what it seems like please fix it or at least try.

Unable to update
Her version meant new update. But when I clicked update it started loading the update and now nothing!! It’s still loading and has been for hours. I can’t open the app or even try cancel update to retry. Help!! I love this game and don’t know what to do

Lots of side quests and ways to earn energy. Well designed game!
Disappointed
I have been playing this game for a good five years. I’m sure in the first time that you ever put something there to build by playing the side games like the building the garden. I got all the way up to the lights too, and then the time run out, so you took it all away that was very disappointing cause I worked very hard. I used my cash my coins to purchase the different energy levels the 315 700 so I’m upset. About not playing anymore.

Зачем в игре звездный магазин, если ни разу там не выиграла новую карточку? И просьба сделать возможность удалять уже не нужные источники которые не двигаются на карте, после того как здание с ними связанное построено, уже смысла их разбирать нет и они мешают
