Poor support!

I love the game but it has NO support. I have clicked on “App Support” and it takes me to a Facebook page where it is all input by the admins. There is a link to the supposedly support group page but I have been waiting over a week to be accepted. Also no reply to my PM.
I am very disappointed. I thought a game like this would have at least better support with a good standing on Facebook and a discord channel like other merge games.
