Lack of communication to fix glitch
Fun game but they do not respond when contacted to fix a glitch in the game. The task to get rewards require you to watch a video but there are no videos provided. They will not communicate to address this.
Won’t load anymore
I really enjoyed this game but now it won’t load past 48%. I’ve rebooted and opened and closed the app several times. Beyond frustrated.
Love the game
Would love to see a Lock Screen feature added to the game. Every time I go to grab an item to move it to merge it with another item my whole screen moves because there is no ability to lock the screen and hold it still. This is a bit annoying and can be added to the settings feature for the player to choose if they want it or not.

I am really enjoying this game. There is so much to do but I wish that when it. Ones to unlocking the mist with a person it says what you have to do to get that person? Also the extra game is a waste of time as don’t earn much from it and will never complete it either? It’s just a time waster. But love the game

It’s Alright
Been playing this game for a couple of weeks now and couldn’t STAND the pop up to rate us anymore! The amount of pop up messages are crazy! Every action once you get past the fist level of merging takes way to long to complete.. I man 24 hours to complete a building is nuts..
other merge games I play they allow you to select one item move to a different say tile and click on that tile the selected item would jump to that location, in this game you literally have to DRAG AND DROP EVERYTHING! The items do NOT group together properly which is so frustrating when you have your items organized in specific areas, it may automatically drop one or two items where they are to go but that’s about it.. I mean to me the goal is to build the building and release the people you gonna be spending ALOT of time waiting and spending money.. for a game that could move quicker.. this gets a little boring over time and interest is already fading.

Stop the pop up discourse
The game is similar to ever merge, but has a lot of pop “help”. Every time you do something, a pop up tells you what you just did and what you need to do next. Very annoying!! Also, you are required to spend energy/coins to do the simplest thing, and it takes a long time (read next day) to recover. Cute graphics and story lines but just way too clunky. Just leave me alone and let me play.

It’s fun… but nothing like what is shown in the previews. There is no “find the difference” and the characters don’t really look like the previews. It’s a fun merging game but lacking what they pitch the game as…

Special events
My only complaint is that I have never completed any of your special events. I’m not sure if we don’t get enough time or if I just don’t play the game enough. After playing it for a couple months my other complaint is that there isn’t enough room for everything you have going on in the game.

I have been playing this game for years now and never tire of it, love how the developers add new bits and challenges, keeps me engaged and always look forward to opening up the game again every day.
