Lost progress trying to fix bug, no customer service
Hello, so I was on level 56 on this game, and I literally just finished making a couple of purchases and for some reason did not have the most recent update so the only way that I know how to fix that on every app I’ve ever played on was to delete it and then re-download it and when I did that I lost all of my progress and all the money I had just spent and I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone with customer service and apparently they just don’t exist. I am infuriated by this and if somebody knows how to contact a human being that can fix this that would be lovely. Otherwise I’m done with this app and spending all the money. I’ve been spending on it which is an embarrassing amount.

Nice game I’m in the early stage of playing it but it has drawn my attention I hope we have a guild some where down the road keep up the good work.
