Needs fixing

This would be a great game but this is the 2nd time I’ve got to level 25 & the game has stuck & wont let me get any further it drives me mental either the programme’s haven’t made levels past this or there is a serious glitch in the coding.

My progress is deleted after updates. And now it won’t let me click the COLLECT button when I level up and I have to restart. And it will not let me dress my character at all. If I lose everything after this next update I will delete the ap.
