Purchase not received
I made a purchase today which didn’t work even though it was taken from my account. I tried the help setting and it just takes you in circles on how to contact someone. One recommended was to click on the shopping cart icon (doesn’t exist) and click on redeem purchase (doesn’t exist).
It says to then contact someone but it goes to a bot that just shows the same recommendations and when you say that wasn’t helpful, it only says ‘Thanks for your feedback’
Impossible to contact anyone or redeem my purchase.

Jeu super sympa mais il n’est plus possible d’investir en achat de diamant ou d.énergie……. Ce qui fait des parties trop rapides. C’est frustrant

Need to update your game, every since the cards ended I’m still receiving card packs but they just disappear when colllecting them

I had the game and was on level 32. Had to reset my phone starting over lost my levels cause I didn’t back up still fun!

全てクリアしたのか次に進めずレベルあがらない
昨日までは、普通に遊べたけど
今日アプリ開いてみたら１分も遊べない。ゲームを辞めさせたいのか？サービスのつもりなら ただの迷惑でしかないので辞めて欲しい まるで嫌がらせのようだ、せめて前のに戻して欲しい でなきゃ辞める。暇潰しでやってるのにストレスでしかない！
New update all about the $
Unfortunately they updated the game so the rewards are much less. Used to be a fun game but writing is on the wall for where this is heading.
Most recent update is frustrating
The latest update has made gameplay much more difficult and less enjoyable. The spawning of extras is less lucrative and the spawners time out faster. Contemplating quitting.

This game is frustrating in that it takes forever to get some of the higher level items.
Also, one ‘goal’ was to give me 19,000 points. I spent a lot of time reaching those goals, but I didn’t get the points. 🤨
Don’t get me started on the ads! Just a head’s up - when it gives you the ‘done’, you’re not done. You still have another 120 seconds of ads to go through before you’re actually done. 🙄
