Unable to complete daily quest due to being bumped out of game every time I try watching a video that’s needed. Also game randomly shuts down. Please investigate. Thanks
Fun game but
The event button hasnt been working regardless what i do to try and fix it. The game freezes alot too
Frustrated
I was pretty far along in the game and then it stopped automatically saving my data. I was having to save my local data every time I played. I am very upset because I made a lot of purchases in the game. I removed the game and reinstalled it thinking I would be able to pick up where I left off but it won’t let me.

Won’t load my progress
I deleted the game for a bit and now when I log in, it’s making me start over. Everytime I put to restore progress it’s says login successful but doesn’t actually load my progress. I had already purchased so many things and the different lands. Please fix this issue.

The app has a continuous delay and skip stop issue that makes the game unplayable.

This is an updated review. I am unhappy with the recurrent issue of not being able to get into the “EVENTS“ about one out of three times you try to get into an event it will say “loading“ and then tell you there is a network error. Whatever that means. But it certainly isn’t on my end because the device I am using doesn’t change locations or it’s ability to receive information or Wi-Fi. And since I am so unhappy I’m going to come back here every time I am unable to get into an event and document the date and the time. This issue needs to be resolved. It has been happening for at least a year now and it’s pure laziness not to address the problem. So let’s Begin!! 10/14 11:43 …………10\14 = 1:44 can’t load common event The following was a review done on the week of 10/07 or so …………“””” I have played this game for a year now and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Those of you saying you have to pay or just I’m assuming inpatient. It is definitely more challenging and a bit slower if you don’t pay for upgrades but that is what I like about it. There are so many things to do and so many goals to reach but all in a relaxing environment with no stressors. I only have one complaint and that is that I keep getting kicked out of “events“ it always says unable to load or “try later“ but later is sometimes too late to finish a “event” I have already begun or a “event“ that I can’t even get into in the first place. This has to be my one major annoyance because the “events“ are for ME the most fun part of the game as I have done or completed most of the challenges in the regular “garden” so please fix this in ability to get into the “events. BEST GAME EVER!!!!!!!
Okay, the fairies are so cute! And the events are really, really fun. You have chores to do, but like merging things. you can’t even change your name on the game and you can change the photo through ads there’s not pop-up ads.

Still can't download events!
This used to be fun to play when there were events. Now it is rather boring.
Not worth playing anymore
Had been playing now for over a year and was great. Now can’t finish quests ect as no videos to help along so you have to pay money to get along
Fun at first,….
….but like the others have said- the events become unavailable. They don’t always download,or the reload time takes forever. Sometimes loads and sometimes does not. I do appreciate the potential of this game. Could be great if the devs would update occasionally and fix mistakes. Seems like maybe they have abandoned it.

Horrible customer service
Costs a fortune to play and when there is an issue there is no customer service to help fix the issue. Play is okay but will take you forever to level up unless you pay a fortune.
Locked out
I find to enter the common events in a lot of them . I am unable to load or enter the common events. I spend a lot time there and not able to get in. I want to scrap this game but I previously collects a lot of jewels and a lot of coin. It will take awhile to use them. Maybe just scrap the whole game and be done. I am very unhappy
