Won’t let me play
I’ve been playing this game for quite a while and really enjoying it but the last few days I’ve tried to play it but it just keeps crashing and so i can’t access it to play can you help please
Where are all of my fish?
I was having fun with this game until I realized that all of the fish and people etc that I bought for the previous aquariums to level up are completely gone including the fish that I had for the aquarium that I am currently on. My percentage to complete the level did not change but all of my fish etc are gone. This is upsetting. Please fix this.

They need to update. The items that are supposed to appear in bubbles do not actually have a bubble around them. Kind of annoying the red jars are only 20 min and not 40

Das Spiel an sich macht wirklich Spaß. Wenn man jedoch ohne Geld weiterkommen möchte, sind manche Werbungen extrem lang, teilweise über 2 Minuten.
Gerade die Werbung von Seaside Escape ist extrem lang und nervig.
Resultat: wer nicht so viel Geld ausgeben möchte, und sich gerne schlechte Werbung anschaut dem empfehle ich dieses Spiel.

Увеличьте пожалуйста места на складе 54 места маловато. И еще в верхнем левом углу, куда попадают призовые предметы, сделайте сортировку, чтобы можно было выбирать необходимые предметы, а не скидывать все подряд. Спасибо за игру, очень интересная!

騙しの✖️をタップさせて強制的にサファリに飛ばされて通販サイトを表示されてばかりだし、しょうもない報酬のたびに60秒以上の広告だから、まともに報酬もらおうとするとゲームしてる時間より広告の方が長い。 強欲すぎてユーザー逃すタイプのアプリ。
The updates aren't great
I really liked the game until they changed the largest unlimited energy vial (red) from 40 minutes to 20 minutes. It was already kinda expensive ($9.99 or 150ish gems in the gem shop) but now I definitely won’t be buying it or making any more purchases. Major (and greedy) downgrade!

Game bug preventing me from playing
Game is fun and I play everyday but I got a bug where my game is now stuck on an infinite loading screen because of a bugged shopped item and it’s been a week after reaching to support with nothing being done for me

Diamonds
Why are my diamonds disappearing for no reason? Last week I was up over 400, logged in later in the day and I was down to 268. I worked back up close to 300, and just logged in to find I’m back down to 228. What gives??!? Otherwise, this is by far my favorite merge game.
Constantly crashing
I want to like the game but it constantly crashes every time the ad for Woodoku interrupts play. It doesn’t resolve itself for about 12-24 hours by which time I’ve lost interest in playing. You get used to the intrusion of ads but if you can’t get the interface right then I’ve no interest in sticking with it I’m afraid. Good game otherwise ruined.

Stuck
It’s a fun challenging game but issue lies within g having to wait for next fish bowl. Been stuck forever and all I’m doing is merging things/food with no new bowl to upgrade or add decorations and fish to.
