NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I downloaded this game about a week ago after seeing it in an ad, started playing it and itโ€™s fun game no doubt about it. The thing that annoys me tho is the fact that my progress was lost, I got up to level 23 and now had to start back at level 1. I donโ€™t know if anyone else has had this issue but developers please sort it!! Other than that no complaints.
