I have been playing this game for several years and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I’ve made several in game purchases, and would continue to support the game in this way. My previous device is dying and I am having some difficulties moving my progress from iPad to new iPhone. I have my player ID screenshots. Support has been utterly unresponsive. Sent half a dozen requests. HELLO?

I love the game but it needs new levels. I’ve waited months and months and nothing. 😭
New levels not coming
I enjoyed playing this game. I tried waiting for the new levels coming but they still hadn’t released. They still said new levels coming soon. They hadn’t even released. What’s going on, here?
Completely locked up on me
Was enjoying it until I couldn’t move anything. The game completely locked up on me
Needs work done
I love this game but it needs some work done it won’t let me connect my Facebook nor let me bubble some items like it use to do other then that it’s a fun game
Very broken cannot contact support
This is a very broken game although it has a lot of potential. When you purchase things a lot of the resources don’t download and they take up space on your board that cannot be moved. You cannot change your privacy settings when you first login it posts an error. Because resources don’t download you can’t actually get to the high-level sea creatures that help you unlock higher levels. The endgame function to access support is broken and sending emails directly have not been responded to even after a couple weeks

Messed up economics
Why is everything only worth 1 coin? Literally everything. Level 1 chest, max level chest, 1 coin. Level 1 shell, max level shell, 1 coin. So much for building currency. All upward growth appears to be at a standstill. Was this an accident with the update? Or did you ruin the game economics on purpose?

Overlapping
The game like to have certain things over lap from other events in the main game. Hard to click on anything. Also the game doesn’t let you click on certain thing to collect either. This game needs to be fixed.
Can’t seem to play ?
I love this game but after this new update I’m unable to play ? Every time I click on something it doesn’t work .. I’ve even deleted it and put it back on and it won’t even let me start the game over , please fix this cause I’d love to play it again

I keep losing creatures
Meh
I did enjoy the game. Now I’m looking at over 1000 elf power to open next land. I have 740. So that’s it for me. No gems left and no desire to play anymore. The fact that I have Zero friends speaks volumes about the amount of players Actually playing. I started Another merge game less then 2 weeks ago and have tons of friends. I send out requests Every time I log in (which is at least daily) I haven’t ever seen a request to Be a friend either. I have spent a ton of money on this game and really wish it were more popular. I’m still going to keep it as a daily game and just hope there’s a glitch in the system as to why I can’t collect friends on there. I Don’t use FB so in game friends are the only invites I’ll do.

I have spent mint for opening chests, daily gem packet And all the lands, but still don’t k ow how long I will continue to play. There’s another merge game that I learned about through one of the reward ads. It’s Way better. And I have Friends on there to exchange gifts. Only been playing That for a week. Go figure. SeaTopia may be on my device but Not a daily except to collect my gems. Then who knows after this current monthly card is done. Thanks for listening

Perfect way to unwind
I’ve got no bad things to say as of right now. lol. The only thing that comes to mind for something to change is Everytime I open the game those pesky ad boxes pop up. Every Time. Maybe recognize a 24 hour cycle and only put them up once? I am currently using the monthly card. I have also made numerous purchases for those Cute elves. I have no problems to date with getting rewards for ads when I chose to watch them.
Keep up the great work at making sure the game is updated frequently to assure it’s working proper for those of us that stick with it. Thanks for this great break from reality.

Disappointed
I have been playing this game for quite a while now and it kind of upsets me that I work hard to merge the chests together only to receive just one coin for the highest amount of chests that you can get. I feel like there should be a bigger reward for that please consider adding this as a feature and change it. On all the other kinds of merge games they actually have a Bigger reward for those that are worth way more because you have spent so much time to create Those
