Too Many Glitches
I am noticing in the Ruins Event Wonderful Museum that the event already started and there was already 2 elves already in the game. I did not download the event and start the event myself. I am also noticing I have to close the game all the way out and reopen it to get the eggs merged. Sometimes the game itself freezes. I have played this game for a while. My original account disappeared and I had to start over from scratch.

Chronic User Suggestion
Been playing this for years and have always had a grand time; something that I think would make everything easier and be so much more helpful is a magnetize option where you can 2x click on an object or something and all of the objects like it will be drawn to it so you don’t have to drag every single one every time to make mass merges. This would make everything so much more enjoyable please and thank you.

Ich spiel nun schon eine ganze Weile, bisher fast fehlerfrei. Seit gestern, nach dem Update, startet das Spiel gar nicht mehr. Der Support nur auf chinesisch- also gar nicht erreichbar- 👎🏻. Auf Facebook keine Antwort -👎🏻. Ich dachte, das heutzutage die Spielentwicklung und Fehlerbehebung etwas besser funktioniert. Schade, es hat echt Spaß gemacht zu spielen.

Question. could you guys fix the game so it’s not Christmas anymore when you open the game you have Christmas themed of everything even in the game it is April get with it cause it’s not winter anymore.

I’m in a bakery event and when I opened it to start playing it took me to the same event that I played months ago and I resumed with the same progress, instead of starting over as I have done with all the other events. Also the Home Screen is still Christmas holiday theme. Please fix this. I’ve been playing this game for years and it’s very glitchy as of late.

Don’t buy anything!
Used to love this game, just recently tho they are taking your money and not supplying the items, when trying to contact them I’ve been ignored for 3 days now. Requested refund through Apple. Will be removing game when it’s completed the refund.
Fun Game, can’t finish every level…
I love this game. The main frustration I have is there’s not enough items to merge and finish the level. It happens on most of the levels.

Неожиданно всё слетело и теперь наверху экрана показывает, что максимальная вместимость 100 монет. Хранилища стоят на локации, никуда не делись. Очередной баг.

The newest update (12/30/25) fixed the game crashing issue for me. I can once again play on my iPad. 🙂
