No updates and bad support
Lots of bugs and no response from support ever. The game has really fallen off. No new updates in ages.

Lost a lot of progress and customer service is not responding to fix it!! Don’t play this game or you will be ignored!!

Ad bugs
I don’t mind watching ads to get free energy or get bonus coins or cut back on build time. I actually look forward to these bonuses because they increase play enjoyment for me. Since the new update the ads no longer work for me and it makes the game move slower than desired, which means I am less likely to play as often and I will likely only play during the refresh times.
Updating my review- august 2025 still having issues with ads and now there are issues with screens freezing or not loading so I end up having to leave by closing the app then restarting. Just the past hour I had to do that over 20 times!

Love the game, but NO support
I love this game, but because my ipad crashed I had to reset all my games. No problem for anything except this game. Trying to get support for the past 2 weeks with email and live support with zero response

I have been playing this game for over a year on my IPhone , and unfortunately, I continue to experience issues.
I recently unlocked Kate and Rodrigo and paid $14.99 to upgrade them with the character pass. I played with these characters for several days, but when I logged in today, all of my progress with them was gone. The upgrades I paid for have disappeared as well.
I have attempted to contact support multiple times, but the virtual assistant will not connect me to a live representative. I also emailed App Support and have not been able to get help resolving this issue.
As a paying customer, it is extremely frustrating to lose both purchased content and game progress with no clear way to reach customer support. I hope this issue is addressed and that players are provided with a reliable method of getting assistance when problems like this occur.

Heyy, ich wollte mal eine Kute Nachricht über dieses Spiel schreiben. Vielleicht hilft das ja anderen.
Ich spiele das Spiel jetzt schon seit 2023, und das Jeden Tag 😇
Dieses Spiel hat immer wieder neue Sachen auf Lager und es ist keine einzige lästige Video Werbung vorhanden. Man hat so viele, aber überschauliche Aufgaben, die man erfüllen kann. Zwar dauert es etwas länger, ein weiteres Level zu erreichen, wenn man es aber geschafft hat, freut man sich noch viel mehr.
Es ist total detailliert animiert und man bekommt täglich sehr viele Belohnungen.
Naja, so kurz war meine Nachricht nun auch wieder nicht, aber ich hoffe ich kann damit mehr Spieler*innen begeistern sich dieses Spiel herunter zu laden 😇

Steals your money
I’ve been playing this game for a while and last few months I’ve had a few issues where I purchase more diamonds the night before and when I play in the morning, they are gone. It’s 11,000 diamonds and would not be used in 1 day. More recently I’ve emailed and submitted requests to add them back and get no response.

Game won’t update to the latest version. Email notifications are missing unless your phone is rebooted. Now I can’t make a purchase. I’ve upgraded my phone, updated my phone and it’s the same thing

Constant ads for other game, the ads crash the game constantly. Bombarded with in game purchases. Huge time sink!

CONSTANTLY CRASHES!
Incredibly annoying!
Been playing for a few years but an update a few months ago started causing the game to crash. Many people are reporting the bug FOR MONTHS but it hasn't been fixed yet.
Maybe if Devs focused on the game and not all these stupid side games they could fix the problem.

ich liebe das spiel aber seit den neuen updates macht es nicht mehr wirklich spaß. Die kämpfe passen nicht zum spiel und es sind einfach zu viele sachen die man jetzt machen kann. Außerdem, und das find ich persönlich am schlimmsten, hängt das spiel nach spätestens 2 Minuten nur noch. Keine der Animationen läuft gut und wenn ich das spiel verlasse, hängt mein ganzes Handy.

Anytime I open the app on my phone it loads to 94% (Every.Single.Time) when it loads a message comes up saying “connection lost — please restart the game”. I use mobile data to play this game and I don’t have wifi. I closed it and tried the same thing but nothing happens this has been happening for a few weeks and I really enjoy playing this game it’s never boring and is a good stress reliever, I wish to continue the game so I ask Please fix this bug thank you. 🙏😁

Too much going on
I used to love playing this game, but there are too many things going on in the game now, its hard to keep up and the game lags so bad. I cant play like i want to because it drains my battery so fast now
