Not loading
For the last cpl days when I go into my acct it just continues to load but doesn’t do anything else. It won’t let me click on anything or do anything it just continuously loads. I love the game when it’s working. So I wrote this a month ago.. are we going to fix it or are you done with this game? Maybe let ppl know what’s going on instead of wasting our time. If you’re done working on this game and have given up on it then maybe let us know that.

Very disappointing!
For the third time since I first got this game a few years ago, it has lost all my progress and reset to the very start. I have spent money on this game over the years, but never again. Very disappointing!
What’s happening?
After the latest update, my game reset to the very beginning. I thought no big deal, I can catch up. Now, I’m really frustrated as the game will not load AT ALL. What is happening? I’ve already lost money from my original game buying “ad ons” now I can’t even play. Am I supposed to uninstall the game and re-install? Although that would mean a complete restart AGAIN and more money lost 😡
