Beware

They take you to their own website to buy energy and diamonds then double and triple charge you. Then customer service wants proof from itemized apple apps receipts or google play receipts which they avoid you having by offering diamond incentives for using their website. Then they offer you less than what you paid for as an apology. I thankfully used Apple Pay otherwise I would be screwed. They still refused to reimburse me so my bank had to reverse the charges. Then as somebody wrote in February the storyline had not been finished guess what it still hasn’t been updated. If you are playing DO NOT purchase anything as you will be sorely disappointed.

Bom passa tempo

Gosto bastante da dinâmica do jogo, creio que alguns diálogos não devem ser lidos por crianças e isso deveria ser modificado, no mais o ganho de energia deveria ser maior sem necessidades de compras e quando um compra fosse feito todos os benefícios deveriam ser liberadas Por exemplo: compro o pacote X de energia de determinada oferta custando 24,90 e dentro dessa oferta tem mais dois pacotes de energia, quando comprado o primeiro os demais deveriam ser liberados, pois o gasto de energia para realizar os pedidos é algo tão rápido que não deveria ser racionado dessa forma. Contudo o jogo é legal, baixem vocês vão gostar (só precisa de um pouco de paciência as vezes, como tudo na vida)

Love the game HATE the new grill

I really enjoyed this g game up until the introduction of the grill, which uses a huge amount of energy for very little output. The storyline is fun, even if it leans a bit cheesy at times. I’m currently at level 55, so I understand that higher levels come with more demanding orders—but the grill feels unbalanced and far more difficult and energy-intensive than it should be.

Not kid friendly but…

I really enjoy this game, it has slow updates but overall it’s a lot of fun and the gameplay isn’t hard. The only problem is that the storyline is pretty dark. I highly wouldn’t recommend that kids under the age of 12(?) play this game.

Jogo o jogo já há alguns meses e gosto muito,porém fiquei decepcionada e chateada,pois comprei um pacote de um evento e depois disso perdi o benefício de receber recompensas de alguns itens e de energia ao assistir anúncio. Sacanagem isso , pois mostra q querem nos induzir a comprar mais pacotes

Needs new updates FASTER

Love the game- however updates to storyline need to be faster. STILL waiting for new story/updates and game isn’t worth playing if storyline isn’t kept up to speed to keep players interested.
For daily players, you reach the end of a chapter and wind up waiting indefinitely for new updates.

Game not working

I can’t even play the game right now because the items won’t merge with each other. A new album started and everything stopped working. I spent money and couldn’t even collect the card packs it gave me, and all the card packs I won before the album started just disappeared. I’ve lost out on energy and rewards for side games because the game hasn’t worked all day. I’ve already submitted tickets for both issues but haven’t received a response at all. So far it seems like this game is a total scam.

Bad crash

I’m disappointed in the amount of times the game crashes and freezes my phone, it then start strobing and flashing. I have to close out the app and 10min later it happens again.

Freezes and shut down

This would be much more fun if the app wouldn’t crash. It consistently freezes and will shut down the app. There was an update a week ago but it didn’t fix anything
