About

Meridian: Your gym partner that never loses count. Meridian tracks your reps, sets and volume automatically. Just say your movement, lift and Meridian tracks using your phone's camera. Most workout apps want you to remember your set and type in all the info, disrupting your workout flow. Meridian works the other way around: prop your phone up, say what you're lifting, and it counts every rep in real time using computer vision. When your set is done, tap End Set. That's it. Don't want to use a camera? Meridian also has an audio-only mode. Just speak your workout and Meridian's on-device AI will recognize and log your movement, weight, sets and reps. How it works: Set your phone facing you before your workout — hip height works well, 3–6 feet back. Tap Log Movement and say your exercise, weight, and how many sets you're doing. Meridian locks onto your movement and counts your reps live on screen. Tap End Set to save, or let the wake word handle it hands-free. Supported exercises: Squat · Deadlift · Bicep Curl · Bench Press · Overhead Press · Pull-up · Barbell Row · Lunge Features - Automatic rep counting via real-time body pose detection — no wearable required - Voice logging: say "135 pound bench press, 3 sets" and Meridian handles the rest - Audio-only mode: skip the camera and log entirely by voice when you need to - Volume tracking: see total weight moved per session, not just sets and reps - Session history: every workout saved with a full summary of exercises, sets, reps, and volume - Private: All processing happens on-device. Your camera feed is never recorded or transmitted.

What's New in Meridian Fitness Tracker

1.1

August 28, 2026

What's New in 1.1 Rest timer — After every set, Meridian now automatically counts down your rest period. Configurable to 60, 90, 2, or 3 minutes in Settings. Tap Skip Rest to dismiss early, or wait for the spoken cue: "Rest complete — start your next set." The timer auto-clears the moment your next rep is detected. Export your data — Tap the share icon in History to export your full workout history as a CSV. Open it in Numbers, email it to yourself, or paste it into an AI assistant for deeper analysis. Squat fix — Front-facing squats now count correctly regardless of camera placement, and continue tracking even when feet drift out of frame. Bench press fix — Reps now count reliably when filming from the foot end of the bench.
